style=\"font-size:16px;color:#000000;\">\u53bb\u5e74\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u79f0\u8c37\u6b4c\u7684\u201cProjectLoon\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u901a\u4fe1\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(FCC)\u63d0\u4ea4\u724c\u7167\u7533\u8bf7\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u5168\u7f8e50\u4e2a\u5dde\u548c\u6ce2\u591a\u9ece\u5404\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4f7f\u7528\u6beb\u7c73\u6ce2\u9891\u5e26\u7684\u65e0\u7ebf\u4f20\u8f93\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"color:#454545;font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;color:#000000;\">\u800c\u5728\u8fd1\u65e5ProjectLoon\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u4fe1\u606f\u548c\u901a\u4fe1\u6280\u672f\u5c40\u5c40\u957f\u7a46\u4ea8\u6851\u00b7\u5361\u7eb3\u5409(MuhunthanCanagey)\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6c14\u7403\u5df2\u4e8e\u672c\u5468\u4e00\u8fdb\u5165\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u9886\u7a7a\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"color:#454545;font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">\n\t<span
